[MOD] Opening Mingle Post!

[You've woken up somewhere unexpected.

Maybe you don't realize it until you've looked out your window, since your apartment's the same, or poked your head out into the hallway. Maybe you've found yourself in a world you've never seen before - or else, one that looks just like home. But whatever the circumstances, it can't be denied: once again, someone's having a good laugh at your expense.

Should you venture into the lobby of a certain apartment complex, however, you'll find a banquet of breakfast treats laid out by unseen caterers. There's meats, eggs, pastries, rice, more pastries, yogurt, various juices, mimosas for those of age, still more pastries...

What can I say? Lots of you are Bakurae.

Enjoy the spread! But be careful. Four kinds of food spark a day-long event in your head.

Turkey sausage: Can't talk turkey! You're incapable of lying.
Cherry danish: Couldn't be sweeter! You'll crush on the first person you see after eating it.
Hot chocolate: Take it easy! You'll find yourself relaxing, taking life in stride.
Tabasco sauce: Fired up! You're full of energy and ready to explore.

Oh, it's a big building where they keep old stuff- anything you can't, replace I guess. Like famous paintings, or things people dig up, or like- the first telephone.

[Not that he's seen the last but it sounds right... Hey, uh. Is she watching ahead of her? Either way he's trying to guide her in the art of people-evading.]

[It was so much more exciting to see ALL THE PEOPLE with her sister around....Not that Upwords isn't good company, but he's also not a grown-up.

[Man, he'd have her stop in a shop to adjust, if she's struggling, but if she wants to hurry... Best thing would be to guide her to run right after him, right?

Besides, it's not two blocks before things get familiar for real, and Mali's guide gets a +10 confidence boost, complete with pointing up some looong stairs.]

That's the museum up there! And, and my place. It'd be that way, if we cut through the plaza...

That's all full of old things? Wow.....it's so big.

[She lets go of his hand to run forward for a better look. What a big, pretty building! This is what she'd like her house to look like! And everyone would know ~Someone Important~ lives there....]

There's a kid's room through the right of the lobby! And, and exhibits downstairs, and statues and stuff up! And-

She falls on her hands and knees when she's finally in the lobby, gasping for breath....and then grins at all the pretty tile. It's so cool and quiet in here....
