[A young man of considerable stature has washed up on the Domino City shoreline.
He is covered in salt and sand, and a few pieces of seaweed have draped themselves casually around his limbs and wormed their way into the tears in his clothing. He's clutching a sealed briefcase as if his life depends on it, even in unconsciousness.
There's a waterlogged nametag pinned to his soaked leather coat that reads "Hello: My Name Is Phoneutria."
What a suspicious character. Perhaps you should investigate.]

[The compliment really only gets a grimace, seeing how being right means he's not planning to take a break wearing the things, even after washing up on a beach.
But, once she's in an lower level free spot, and parked, she's finally giving the devices undivided attention.]

The new building has a lobby, and things like laundry rooms and drink machines, but if you want anything else, you'll need to go out for it.

[Suddenly she doesn't feel so perceptive, since she's not sure what to say at all. Eventually she'll walk around him enough to come up beside him.]

The've probably reached the lobby by now. He exchanges a few curt words with the NPC behind the reception desk and, in exchange, receives a key card.
He checks the back and sighs.]

[She's not certain- She hasn't seen much of the cruel side, merely heard from relations. Until recently.
But- she follows a couple steps to the end of the stairs, and stops.]

[Then she'll leave him to it - after watching him take a few steps, making sure there's no hint of him falling or stumbling or what not one last time.
If that's set, she'll turn and walk right back out of the building. Whether it's other surprise arrivals, or something else to distract her, she's more likely to find it on the road.]
